Co-worker caricature schtuffs

Been working on this fine gentleman for a few weeks now.  Have some pages of other exploration at work.  For some reason wanted to try water coloring it.  No idea what I'm doing with water color.  The only experience I have is trying to paint a bush once at lake george two years ago.  This was a lot of fun.  The smaller studies I think have better paint but the likeness is off.  Second day the likeness is better but I couldn't recreate the colors.
